Wedding Audio, available at audioguestbook.app, is a service provided by Edouard Meunier, a French sole proprietor registered with URSSAF under SIRET number 988 255 360 00014.

Wedding Audio is a web service that allows couples and event organizers to collect voice messages of up to 2 minutes and, when the photo option is active, one keepsake photo per message through a personalized QR code. Guests record directly in their browser without downloading an app or creating an account.
By using Wedding Audio, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use and Sale.

The complete version is available for a one-time payment of €39.99. It includes unlimited audio messages and the photo feature.
Customers who have already activated unlimited audio for €29.99 may add the photo feature for an additional one-time payment of €9.99.

Important: All prices are in euros including applicable taxes and correspond to a one-time payment. There is no automatic renewal and no subscription.
Payments are securely processed by our payment providers. The payment methods available to you are shown during checkout and may include cards and other methods supported by the payment provider.
The service is intended for personal use to collect voice messages during private events such as weddings, family celebrations or similar private occasions.
You are responsible for the voice messages, photos and other content collected through your audio guestbook. We reserve the right to remove content reported as illegal, abusive or inappropriate.
The full version is activated after payment confirmation. Guestbook content remains available for 12 months from your wedding or event date.
Important: Guestbook content, including voice messages and associated photos, is automatically deleted at the end of the retention period, 12 months after your wedding or event date.
You may request deletion of your account at any time through the service or by contacting us. Guestbook content linked to the account may be deleted as part of that request, while certain account, transaction or technical records may be retained where required by legal, accounting, fraud-prevention or security obligations.
Where applicable under European consumer law, consumers generally have 14 days to exercise a right of withdrawal. This right may be limited or lost in certain cases involving digital content or services where performance has begun with the consumer’s prior consent and the applicable legal requirements have been met.
Refund requests are reviewed according to applicable law, the stage of service performance and the relevant purchase conditions. To request a refund, contact us at the email address listed below.
The Wedding Audio service, its code, interface, graphics and content are protected by intellectual property law and belong to Edouard Meunier unless otherwise stated.
You retain all rights over the voice messages, photos and other content collected through your audio guestbook. We do not claim ownership of the content you collect.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure maximum availability of the service, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect losses or damage caused by external events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights.
Important: We strongly recommend downloading and backing up your voice messages and photos regularly once they are available in your account.
The processing of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
The website is delivered through Vercel. Wedding Audio also uses Firebase / Google Cloud for technical functions such as authentication, database services and storage of voice messages and, when the photo option is active, associated images. These providers apply technical security measures, including encryption in transit and, depending on the service, at rest.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes may be notified by email or through the service.
Updated terms apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law. Where a change requires specific notice or additional consent, we will provide or obtain it in accordance with the applicable legal requirements.
These terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, French courts shall have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules that may apply in your country of residence.
Before any legal action, we encourage an amicable resolution of disputes. Please contact us for any complaint or issue.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Failure to exercise a right under these terms does not constitute a waiver of that right.
